History of OXYVEDA (HBOT)
OXYVEDA (HBOT) Rehabilitation & Research Centre was formally established in 2025 with a clear mission: to bring world-class hyperbaric medicine to India and make advanced oxygen-based healing accessible to every patient who needs it. What began as a dream has grown into one of India’s most trusted centres for hyperbaric care, rehabilitation, and research.
The story of OXYVEDA goes back to 2001, when our mentor and visionary guide Dr. Bijender Dagar (A.M.D. Sir) first envisioned building a hyperbaric oxygen centre that could serve the people of India with global-standard technology. For more than two decades, this idea matured—shaped by learning, research, and a deep desire to create a centre that could truly change lives.
This long-standing vision finally took shape in 2025 with the creation of OXYVEDA. The guiding thought remained the same throughout the journey:
“Why shouldn’t Indian patients receive the same advanced HBOT treatments available internationally?”
To bring this vision to reality, the founders collaborated with medical experts, biomedical engineers, and international hyperbaric professionals. The objective was clear—build a centre based on strong scientific protocols, uncompromised safety, and modern infrastructure.
A major milestone for OXYVEDA (HBOT) was the installation of our Hard Chamber (9+2 capacity)—one of the largest multi-place HBOT chambers in Asia. This advanced chamber allows multiple patients to be treated at the same time with precise pressure control and 100% medical oxygen delivery.
